Brian is the best! I’m a first time homebuyer who made the mistake of not going with Brian from the start. My original lender was extremely difficult to get in contact with and took months to get me “approved” or so I thought. Brian looked over my closing costs breakdown from the original lender and immediately said that I was being overcharged a very significant amount and had still not been approved! Meanwhile the whole time I believed I was nearing the finish line I hadn’t even been close. They led me to believe I was locked in at an interest rate which was not true, and with interest rates rising so rapidly this is so important to be aware of. I spoke with Brian on a Friday, I met with him the following Monday and closed on my house less than 2 weeks later! He made the process so easy it felt too good to be true. If you want someone to fight for you in this process and really make sure you understand everything you’re signing/ agreeing to then Brian is 100% your guy. Don’t make the mistake of wasting time with another lender like I did! 10/10 couldn’t recommend better!
