Integrity, Honesty and Patience, THAT is Delano Mortgage. I was a first time home buyer going into this process and felt uneasy about all the asterisks/hidden costs in the advertisements from the big banks. The thing I enjoyed most about Brian was the fact that he went at the speed I was willing to go at. He was the quarterback behind the entire process, even helping give referrals from top of the line realtors, all while explaining the financial side of mortgage lending. This stuff is complicated and yet Brian is able to break it down so that anyone can understand it. The best part of this all was that we didn't even have to write a check to him and were able to obtain competitive industry rates!! When meeting with Brian you feel comforted right away. I found myself glancing at his wall to see his beautiful kids and that he was a protector of this country serving in our armed forces. To me, Brian's services were invaluable including his due diligence with every step in this process. In fact, some things did go wrong, not due to Brian, and he was able to step in directly to remedy the situation. He is a master of his trade.
